One tool for all sizes - suitable for aluminum and carbon steerer tubes
Proper diameter of the fork cone seat is also machined in one working step together with the crown race seat.
By enclosed alignment sleeves an exact adjustment to the respective Ø (from 1' to 1.5') is possible.
The tool set consists of:
1x milling head holder
4 milling heads (one for each Ø: 1', 1 1/8', 1 1/4' and 1.5') with inserts, which can be easily and inexpensively exchanged in case of wear
Preloads suitable for the respective head tube Ø, which press the tool axially in the direction of the triple clamp
4 alignment sleeves for each head tube Ø 1 each
3 guide sleeves for the Ø 1', 1 1/8' and 1 1/4' (1.5' head tube is machined without sleeve) ensure an exact, coaxial milling result, as the tool aligns itself with the head tube

The color design allows easy and immediately recognizable assignment of the respective size: green = 1', red = 1 1/8', blue = 1 1/4' and black = 1.5'
