- This lightweight shoe insole raiser for cycling shoes from size EU 40 enables easy leg length compensation for different leg lengths/hip misalignment without having to change anything on the pedal cleat. This is particularly helpful for MTB shoes and their cleats, as it means the cleat does not protrude from the sole and thus wears out faster when walking because the contact with the ground increases.
